Before the Sixth National Congress of the CPC and Since the Sixth National Congress of the CPC

Two collections of documents of the CPC Central Committee compiled by the Secretariat of the CPC Central Committee during the Yan'an Rectification Period for the study and research of Party history by senior Party cadres. Since the Sixth National Congress of the CPC was published in Yan'an in December 1941. Mao Zedong personally presided over the compilation of this book. The book is divided into two volumes. The first volume contains 230 documents on the political aspects of the CPC, while the second volume contains 230 documents on the other aspects of the CPC's work, including 54 on organizational issues, 51 on military issues, 20 on traitors, 30 on the workers' movement, 39 on the youth movement, 10 on the women's movement, and 26 on publicity and education. Before the Sixth National Congress of the CPC was published in Yan'an in October 1942. The book contains 198 documents and materials on the Chinese revolutionary issues by the CPC, the Comintern and Soviet leaders from March 1921 to June 1928, including 186 documents and materials on the CPC and 12 on the Comintern and Soviet leaders. The two documents which were called Before the Sixth National Congress of the CPC and Since the Sixth National Congress of the CPC were of great significance which were created in the Yan'an Rectification Movement and unified the whole Party ideologically unifying theory as well as in recognizing Wang Ming's “Left” erroneous line.
