Within the new practice of governing the country, Xi Jinping has made a series of important expositions, put forward many new ideas, new viewpoints and new judgements, profoundly answered the major theoretical and practical issues of the development of the Party and the country in the new historical era, and made a concentrated demonstration in respect to governance and strategy of governance representing the ideas of the new central collective leadership.
