Absolute Truth
Epistemological category that refers to the absoluteness of truth. The absoluteness of truth is one of the fundamental attributes of truth. It has connotations in two aspects: Firstly, any truth marks the conformity of subjectivity with objectivity, contains an objective content that does not depend on man or mankind, has a principled boundary with fallacy, and cannot be overthrown, otherwise it is not truth. This point is absolute and unconditional. In this sense, to acknowledge objective truth is to acknowledge absolute truth or the absoluteness of truth. Secondly, human knowledge, by its very nature, is able to correctly know the infinitely developing material world, and each step forward of knowledge is an approximation to the infinitely developing material world, which is also absolute and unconditional. In this sense, to acknowledge the knowability of the world and to acknowledge the ability of man to acquire a correct knowledge of the infinitely developing material world is to acknowledge the absolute truth or the absoluteness of truth.
